The 2022 Earth Student Research Symposium (UMNEarthSRS), hosted by the Department of Earth & Environmental Sciences and the Department of Soil, Water, and Climate, will be here soon! We are looking forward to coming together to celebrate and showcase the exciting research being done by undergraduate and graduate students. Please mark your calendars for the following important dates:
- Abstract submissions will be open from Jan 10 to Feb 28. Undergraduate and graduate students are encouraged to participate!
- Registration will be open from Jan 10 to March 11. All attendees must register (students, researchers, postdocs, faculty, etc.)
- The Earth Student Research Symposium will be held virtually on Thursday and Friday, March 31 and April 1, 2022.
We're excited to go back to an in-person event, but are looking at hybrid options and will provide details about modality as things evolve. Check out our website for FAQs and information about the upcoming and previous symposiums. Stay tuned for updates on the keynote speaker, talks, posters, and more.
